Mobily celebrated the ninth anniversary of the launch of its operations in the Kingdom amid distinctive activities organized by the company under the “I C Transformation” slogan, in the presence of all its employees in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. This year “we care” events were held exceptionally under the title “I C Transformation”, in a move that reflects the internal values of the company and the interest in its human resources and aspirations to highlight the transformation process experienced by the company from just a provider of traditional telecom to become a major influential player in the information technology and communications sector. Dr. Hamad Al Hashemi, Chief Human Resources Officer in Mobily, said Mobily cares about human capital which is the real wealth of the company, and we are fully aware of the importance of building a reciprocal communication language that will foster human relationships which will contribute significantly to build bridges of communication between family members of Mobily to ensure greater efficiency and professionalism.
