Civil Defense extinguish fire in Makkah

Civil Defense firefighters were able to extinguish a fire that broke out on the fifth floor of a 17-story hotel building in Al-Misfalah District near the Grand Mosque in Makkah on Monday. About 400 Umrah pilgrims from several countries had to be evacuated from the hotel. There were no casualties, a Civil Defense spokesman said. — Okaz photo
