MAKKAH — The Civil Defense evacuated 350 Umrah pilgrims from a hotel in Al-Misfalah neighborhood of Makkah. Civil Defense spokesman Maj. Saleh Al-Elayyani said a building under construction next to the hotel caught fire, and the hotel's guests were evacuated as a precautionary measure. He said the fire erupted on the 18th floor of the building, but no injuries were reported.
