With regard to the post "Gov't must treat coronavirus as a major threat" (May 7), one of the possible causes of coronavirus in Saudi Arabia may be the sewage in the streets that flows out of many buildings because people are trying to avoid paying for trucks to remove it. The municipalities should start imposing severe fines and penalties on these landlords. Many diseases emanate from the fumes of this open sewage that people breathe in.
