Accompanying him was the Minister of Civil Service Dr. Abdurrahman Bin Abdullah Albarrak and the Director of the Institute Dr. Ahmad Bin Abdullah Alshuaibi. Prince Khalid viewed the process of receiving data of graduating students and registering them for available job openings. He was also briefed by Zain employees about the training and employment opportunities available at the company for graduates of Institute of Public Administration and higher education institutions in general. They discussed the company's experience in achieving high Saudization rates and being in the Platinum range of the Nitaqat program rating issued by the Ministry of Labor, in addition to the company's success in attracting a number of talented youth to be trained in the work environment during their university years.
