Car plunges into Arbaeen Lake

JEDDAH — A sedan was pulled out by rescue teams of the Border Guard and the Civil Defense after it had plunged into Arbaeen Lake in downtown Jeddah on Wednesday. Spokesman for the Border Guard in Makkah Province Col. Naji Bin Mansour Al-Johani said the driver lost control after hitting the pavement surrounding the lake. He said the driver was not hurt.
