DAMMAM — Search and rescue teams from the Border Guards rescued a Yemeni national from drowning. The Eastern Province Border Guards spokesman, Commander Khalid Al-Arqoubi, said the man was trying to swim near the shore of Ras Al-Khathaq village. “He apparently did not know how to swim and almost drowned as a result,” he said. The man was provided with first aid and is now reported to be in good condition.
