Saudi Gazette report JEDDAH – The president of Effat University said there was a need to cater to students' needs and ensure education was continuing to use modern techniques, Al-Madinah daily reported. Haifa Jamal Al-Lail cited Ministry of Higher Education data that said there were 1.1 million higher education students of both genders last year. "This calls for the development of the educational process to utilize the most modern teaching methods," she said. During the 11th educational and technical conference held at the university campus under the patronage of Princess Lulwah Al-Faisal, she said the basic recommendation of the conference was to utilize the many educational choices that have become available to students.
