Haia destroys tons of liquor

BALLASMAR — The Commission for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice (Haia) members on Monday destroyed over four tons of liquor that was ready for sale. Asir Haia spokesman Awadh Al-Asmari said the Haia acted on information about the locations used for manufacturing liquor. He added that an expatriate believed to be running the operation has been arrested.
