ABHA — A contracting company in Abha found the remains of a human body while it was carrying out excavation work. The contractor immediately ceased all works and contacted Abha Municipality, which in turn contacted the Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities (SCTA). The spokesman for the Presidency for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice (Haia) in Asir, Awadh Al-Asmari, said a fact-finding committee will be formed to determine whether the site was previously the location of a cemetery.
