ARM continued its unbeaten streak as it put up a fighting score of 184 runs for 8 wickets. In-form opening batsman Tabraiz continued with his good form by scoring 59 off 31 balls (9 fours, 2 sixes) while his partners lanky Athar Ali (20) and Sami Khan (36 — 3 fours, 2 sixes) chipped in with useful contributions. Pak Green skipper Mohammad Zahid (3-39) and Adnan (2-44) tried their best to contain ARM batsmen. In reply, Pak Green batsmen seemed to be in a hurry, but wickets tumbled like 10 pins. Mohammed Shahzad (22), Amer Shehzad (32) and Rizwan (21 not out) were among the runs. ARM bowlers bowled sensibly and picked up wickets at regular intervals. Young pacer Saadique Merchant bowled a tight line and length for which he was rewarded with 3-19, while the combined spin of Zeeshan (3-31) and Sami (2-22) did the rest to bowl Pak Green out for 139 in 17 overs. This was ARM's 5th consecutive win and put it in the semifinals with two matches in hand.
