IDB team won the thriller by 2 runs over the guests who opted to field first. IDB put on 97 runs in the stipulated 12 overs through Zaid Omar (12), Azam (6) and Syed Abdallah (9). In reply, Qatar Airways came so close to victory, making 95. Ebad Jr. top-scored with 18, followed by Owais (19), Aslam (7) and Omar (6). Aslam, Yasser and Noaman took 1 wicket each. All-rounder Ebad Jr., who made 18 runs and claimed two wickets, was adjudged the Man-of-the-Match.
