JEDDAH — An elementary school was evacuated after a short circuit was reported at the school in Al-Hamdaneya neighborhood in north Jeddah. Two teams from the Civil Defense arrived at the location and disconnected the electricity. The Civil Defense said there was no danger to the school but as a precautionary measure the school was evacuated. A Saudi Electricity Company team arrived at the location and it took them 25 minutes to fix the problem and restore power.
