HOFOUF — The body of an Indian worker was found hanging inside a building under construction in what appeared to be a suicide. Eastern Province Police spokesman Lt. Col. Ziyad Al-Ruqaiti said it was still early to rule out foul play. The worker's sponsor, who found the man's body hanging inside an under-construction building, called the police.
