DAMMAM – A Saudi citizen in his 50s was found dead near an under-construction building in Hafr Al-Batin, according to Eastern Province Police spokesman Lt. Col. Ziyad Al-Ruqaiti. An individual who saw the body reported the incident to the police. It is believed that the man had committed suicide. A postmortem examination will be conducted to determine the exact cause of death.
