RIYADH – The Shoura Council on Tuesday discussed a report from its committee for housing, water and public utility with regard to draft regulations to run beauty parlors. The rules are aimed at regulating the procedures for opening beauty parlors, as well as the conditions for issuing licenses for them. The council decided to give the committee, headed by Muhammad Al-Naqadi, more time to draft their viewpoints in accordance with the observations and suggestions made by the members and present them in the next session.
