CONSTRUCTION Products Holding Company (CPC) announced the strategic sponsorship of the 2013 Jeddah Human Resources Forum for the fourth consecutive year. The sponsorship of the event, which takes place on Nov. 24-28, 2013 under the auspices of the Minister of Labor Eng. Adel Faqih, will emphasize on CPC's commitment and support of national initiatives. Jeddah HR Forum comes this year under the theme "Post Correction" which will focus on the development of employment policies to create a better working environment, the impact of policies, systems of work on the labor market, activation policies for the working environment for women and labor policies for recruitment and pre-employment. Faysal Alaquil, CPC Director of Business Development and Head of Corporate Social Responsibility Department, said "we are delighted to participate in sponsoring the Jeddah Human Resources Forum which has been a huge success since its launch four years ago and offered participants the opportunity to exchange expertise on diverse human resources development topics.” He said the sponsoring of Jeddah HR Forum 2013 comes within CPC's plans regarding the support of national competencies as an essential tool to cope with the developments and challenges of the modern era of business by the vision of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah.
