With regard to the article "The latest episode in ongoing Haia drama" (Sep. 28), for the average person the Haia is never a problem. There are, of course, black sheep in every department but the merits of the Haia outweigh its demerits. Of course, those who exceed the limits should be punished in the Haia or in any other department. But for anyone who wants to live a modest life, the Haia is always a blessing.
