Consul general of Pakistan holds talks with Abdullah Al-Alim

Aftab Ahmad Khokhar, consul general of Pakistan, holds talks with Ambassador Abdullah Al-Alim, assistant secretary general of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and special representative of the OIC secretary general on Jammu and Kashmir, Monday. The OIC official appreciated Pakistan's strong support to the OIC as its founding member. He also reiterated OIC's continued support to Pakistan on all issues of concern including the issue of Jammu and Kashmir. Consul General Khokhar briefed the assistant secretary general on the priorities of the government of Pakistan including its endeavors for socioeconomic development of Pakistan as well as peace and security in the region and beyond. — SG
