Brewer is accused of shooting Saudi Arabia Exchange student Mohammad Aal-Naser, driving away in the his car before crashing it during a high speed pursuit. Officials say they were called to 1224 Shiloh Square on Saturday after they received reports of shots fired at the Addison Place Apartments in Evansville. Police say Brewer knocked on the victim's door, pretending to show interest in buying his Dodge Challenger. Brewer then forced his way into the apartment, shot Aal-Naser in the head and drove off in his car. One of the victim's neighbors, who say's he has only been living in the apartment complex for a week, believes an incident like this is rare. “This is the first time I've heard of anything like this happening in this city,” said Mustafa Alhashin. “I hear of things happening outside of Evansville, but I was not scared because things happen. I don't feel any different, if anything happened to my neighbor, it doesn't make me feel any dangers.” Brewer was taken into custody by Henderson Police and transported to the Henderson County Detention Center for the following charges:
