MAKKAH — The Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities (SCTA) has issued 42 tour guide licenses to Saudis, said Abdullah Al-Siwat, SCTA's Makkah branch executive director. Anyone can be a tourist guide and even professionals such as doctors or engineers can practice this profession in their free time, he noted. The main condition is that the applicant should be over 21 years old.
