ABHA — A man in his 70s was killed while crossing a road north of Dhahran Al-Janoub. He was run over by a speeding car driven by a teenager. The body was taken to the mortuary, while the driver was detained. In another accident, a car swerved off the international road between Rijal Al-Ma'a and Mahayel Asir and ran into an electricity pole. The young driver was injured, and taken to hospital. The accident was blamed on excessive speed.
