RIYADH — Search and investigation teams of Riyadh Police detained four men suspected of a series of vehicle and shop thefts. The city's Al-Manar and Al-Naseem police stations had received complaints from limousine drivers that they were targeted by four men who assaulted them and drove away with the cars. The police had also received complaints from shop workers that men matching the same description stole money and prepaid SIM cards from their premises. Additionally, some citizens complained that their car windows were smashed and the contents of vehicles had been stolen. Police were able to identify four suspects and arrest them individually.
