JUFFALI Industrial Products Company (JIPCO) opened its first branch in Makkah and the eighth in the Kingdom for Mercedes-Benz truck spare parts. The new branch is located at Al-Haj Street on an area of 160 square meters, and accommodates 500 items of spare parts. Firoz Inamdar, Director Parts & After Sales Marketing at Juffali Industrial Products Company (JIPCO), said the opening comes to facilitate easy access of Mercedes-Benz truck customers to spare parts within the company's plans to expand its presence Kingdom-wide. He noted that with new branch, the total number of branches are 8, two in Jeddah and one in Riyadh, Dammam, Hofuf, Jazan, Asir and Makkah. Inamdar added that the company provides daily trips between Jeddah and Makkah to provide spare parts required by the new branch to meet customers' needs as quickly as possible along with nightly shipments to Makkah from Riyadh, Abha, and Dammam for the same purpose. – SG
