Juffali Automotive Company, the exclusive dealer of Mercedes-Benz cars in Saudi Arabia, will launch in June its “Service Week” in which all owners of Mercedes-Benz cars bought from Juffali will get their cars check free of charge by Mercedes-Benz trained specialists. German factory engineers will be flown from the parent company in Germany for this purpose. The engineers will be available at Juffali service centers not only to check the cars but at the same time provide Mercedes-Benz owners with technical knowledge and advice on how to service and maintain their cars. On this initiative, Safi Kobaisi, general manager of Juffali Automotive Company, said: “Service Weeks have become a common practice around the automotive industry. This year we are taking it a step further by combining the activities between our after-sales and sales departments, and by inviting factory engineers from Germany for the occasion. We are looking forward to welcoming old and new customers to our event.” He added: “With summer already around the corner and harsher driving conditions, it is important that Mercedes-Benz owners have their cars checked to avoid major damages. We are increasingly aware that more owners are putting off regular service checks due to tough times.
