RIYADH — Customs officers at Al-Batha dry port in Riyadh foiled the smuggling of 17,856 bottles of liquor, hidden in a shipment of carrots. Dhaifullah Al-Otaibi, director of the port, said the shipment was confiscated and the driver was referred to concerned authorities.
