Batha border post foiled an attempt to smuggle a quantity of liquor hidden in fiberglass tanks. Dhaifallah Al-Otaibi, Chief General of Customs, said one of the customs officials suspected a truck coming from neighboring country, putting it to a thorough search that led the discovery of 3,555 bottles of liquor hidden in five big fiberglass tanks. The bottles were covered under two secret layers at the bottom of each tank . The truck driver was referred to the authorities after admitting the offense.
