QURAYYAT — A 19-year-old man died after he was shot accidentally by his cousin. Both young men were out hunting for birds when the bullet hit the victim in his neck. Al-Jouf Police spokesman Brig. Daman Al-Daran said the shooter took his friend to the hospital but the latter died on arrival. The shooter was arrested and his case has been referred to the Bureau of Investigation and Prosecution.
