Passports Dept. officer attacked

TABUK — A Al-Hudiatha Passports Department officer was attacked by four people and admitted to Al-Qurryat Hospital for treatment. Al-Jouf Police spokesman Brig. Daman Al-Daran said the police have begun an investigation. The officer claimed he was attacked by a knife and an iron rod by four people while he was heading home. — SG
