Published in The Saudi Gazette on 11 - 11 - 2024

Habib Real Estate Co. has unveiled its new project "Enar" at Cityscape Global, which is being held at the Riyadh Exhibition and Conference Center from November 11 to 14, 2024. There has been a substantial turnout at the company's booth. The Enar project was officially announced during the opening of the booth. The opening ceremony was attended by Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed Al-Hogail.
Engineer Saleh Al-Habib, Chairman of Mohammad bin Abdulaziz Al Habib & Partners Real Estate Investment Company, said that the Enar project is a luxurious, mixed-use development in Riyadh that offers a blend of residential, economic, and tourism-focused spaces. The project is set to create significant employment opportunities and will span 250,000 square meters, with a total built-up area of 750,000 square meters and an overall investment of SR5 billion.
Enar is one of the company's flagship projects and the second of its mega projects, aimed at developing upscale, fully integrated residential communities in Saudi Arabia. The development will offer a living environment that combines serenity, natural beauty, and high quality of life, with designs that balance both traditional and modern elements, pedestrian-friendly spaces, and expansive green areas.
Strategically located on King Abdullah Road, near the Eastern Ring Road—which connects key areas of Riyadh to King Khalid International Airport—Enar will feature a central park with a scenic water channel and vast green spaces, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The project will also include a variety of residential options, including apartments and villas, alongside commercial offices, retail outlets, and a range of international dining options, offering residents and visitors a comprehensive lifestyle experience.
Additionally, Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate Co. recently launched the Kaheel project, now available for sale. This integrated community spans 96,833 square meters and offers 1,492 diverse residential units.
Designed to provide a complete living experience, Kaheel includes a variety of amenities, such as an indoor park, a mosque, a sports club, a supermarket, pedestrian walkways, and over 30,000 square meters of green space. The project aims to elevate the quality of life for residents and visitors alike.
Kaheel is tailored to meet the needs of families seeking a high-end, secure, and comfortable environment, demonstrating the company's commitment to creating modern, thoughtfully designed communities that cater to the varied needs of the present day society.
