"NHC" signs agreement with China State Construction Engineering company during The Crown Prince's visit to China

The National Housing Company "NHC" has signed a memorandum of understanding with China State Construction Engineering Company (cSCEc), the first-class international leading company in building and construction in a number of countries around the world, during the visit of Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, to China.
This memorandum is to build more than 5000 housing units of various designs with investment of 2.5 billion Riyals.
The agreement was signed on Friday by NHC which was represented by the CEO of the company, Eng. Mohammed Bin Saleh Albuty, and the general executive manager of "cSCEc" Liu Xinq. The two parties agreed to work together and harness their potential to complete "Murcia project", in accordance with the scope of work and agreed timetables.
The "Murcia project" is one of the largest residential projects in Riyadh. It is located on the land of the Ministry of Housing in the northern part of the city and covers a total area of more than 2.7 million square meters to provide 5,590 residential units ranging from apartments to townhouses. The project offers about 5018 townhouses with an area of 230 square meters, starting from 499.9 thousand Riyals and a monthly premium of 1666 SR. The project offers 572 apartments with competitive prices starting from 299,250 Riyals and a monthly fee starting from 899 Riyals.
The project is a fully integrated residential complex that has been designed in a unique way. It includes a national valley in part of the project, as well as green spaces and public parks to ensure a modern residential environment that meets all the needs of the citizens.
For his side, the CEO of NHC, Engineer Mohammed Albuty said that the company aspires through this project to provide high-quality units and a variety of designs in a modern environment with integrated facilities and services at suitable prices north of Riyadh, stressing that the infrastructure development in the project has been started and that the use of the project for modern construction technology will greatly help in the speed of delivery, and ensure high quality.
The China State Construction Engineering Company (cSCEc) is the world's number one company in the field of contracting and engineering in terms of the number and volume of its operations around the world. It was named the first electro-mechanical contractor in the Middle East in 2018, Founded in Beijing in 1982, the company builds and executes building and construction contracts, infrastructure implementation, real estate and investment development, construction of power and water projects, and construction and design of municipal and service facilities within and outside China.
The company has more than 255,880 employees, and the most prominent project achievements are the completion of the highest tower in Beijing in just two years, with a length of 528 meters, and the height of 108 floors above the ground and 8 floors under the ground, in addition to the project, "Shuen Hing" Famous in ShenZhen, and one of the most prominent works carried out by the company outside of China is the renovation of the Alexander Hamilton Bridge in New York and the construction of the Grand Mosque in Algeria.
