ALJ honors its ‘customer service' outstanding dealers

Outstanding dealers of Abdul Latif Jameel Co. get recognition during the annual celebration organized by the company to acknowledge their excellent sales results for Toyota, Lexus and Daihatsu in the Kingdom during the past year.

JEDDAH — Abdul Latif Jameel Co. (ALJ) recognized its outstanding dealers in several fields, the foremost of which is improving customer service level, during the annual celebration organized by the company to acknoledge its dealers who achieved excellent sales results of Toyota, Lexus and Daihatsu in the Kingdom during the past year.
This year, the event was held in Riyadh under the patronage of Engineer Mohammed Abdul Latif Jameel, President of Abdul Latif Jameel Group. The celebration started with verses of Holy Qur'an, followed by the speech of Engineer Jameel, in which he confirmed the strong relationships between ALJ and the dealers that goes back to several decades and based upon appreciation and respect.
In addition, Engineer Jameel highlighted the importance of dealers' uninterrupted focus upon developing their customer services, seeking sustainable development and giving opportunity for the second generation to improve their abilities and develop their skills.
This was followed by several presentations, including a presentation about Toyota marketing management introduced by Engineer Adel Ezzat, and highlighted the sponsorship of ALJ to the Saudi Pro League.
Adnan Al Qahtani introduced a presentation about Lexus vehicles and the remarkable Lexus achievements in the Saudi market during 2012.
Presentations were finalized by Sheikh Dr. Tariq Suwaidan who lectured the attendees about the Prophet's leadership.
At the end of the event, Hassan Mohammed Jameel thanked in his speech the attendees for their support to the new generation of the young Saudi leaders, and their initiatives to develop them in response to market demand and to upgrade customer services.
