Abdul Latif Jameel Co. (ALJ) recognized its outstanding dealers in customer service. The recognition was held during the annual celebration organized by ALJ to honor its agents in the Kingdom who achieved outstanding results, including provision of better service level for Toyota, Lexus and Daihatsu customers. The ceremony has made in the presence of Kazo Augory, President of Toyota's biggest distributor in Nagoya, Japan; Akira Okabe, Executive Adviser of Toyota Japan; and Engineer Mohammed Abdul Latif Jameel, ALJ's President. Engineer Jameel said “it is very important to continue with our efforts to improve the level of service we provide to our customers, taking into consideration that customers are the true asset for every business.” Okabe said, “ In Toyota, we are seeking to support every effort aiming to improve customer service.” Kazo Augory said “undoubtedly, cooperation between us would help in improving the level of service through exchanging expertise between us, which would result in improved services provided to customers.” Later during the event, Engineer Jameel and Okabe presented the awards to outstanding Toyota agents. The list included the following: In customer satisfaction indicator for maintenance operations, Mohammed Babgi Company in Qunfudah came in the first position. The company achieved unprecedented score of 82 points in the customer satisfaction indicator developed by the international Ipsos ASI. In customer satisfaction indicator for spare parts operations, Al-Rasheed Motor Co.Ltd. in Riyadh came in the first position. The company achieved unprecedented score of 82 points in the customer satisfaction indicator developed by the international Ipsos ASI. In Toyota top sales indicator, Salim S. Babgi Tradin Co. Ltd in Gizan came in the first position. In Lexus top sales indicator, Al Falah Car Company in Riyadh came in the first position, while Al-Halawani Trading Establishment in Taif came first in Daihatsu sales. Hassan Mohammed Abdul Latif Jameel, Executive Director of Lexus, Daihatsu and Forklift Sector, stressed that the second generation in the dealers' companies should move forward to develop the techniques aiming to provide better service to customers. Recognizing outstanding performers through this annual event comes in line with ALJ interest to show appreciation to excellent efforts they make to serve customers of Toyota, Lexus and Daihatsu, he added.
