NEW YORK — Saudi Arabia's Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan actively participated in a significant ministerial meeting held in New York City on Monday. This meeting brought together the distinguished representatives of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the United Kingdom. In attendance were GCC ministers and the British Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Affairs, James Cleverly. The discussions revolved around avenues for strengthening cooperation and coordination between the GCC nations and the UK, as well as the examination of recent developments on regional and international fronts. The participants underscored the paramount importance of reinforcing the collaborative endeavors between the Gulf states and the United Kingdom. Their shared goal is to fulfill the aspirations of their respective countries and populations while making substantial contributions toward achieving greater stability and prosperity regionally and globally. The Saudi delegation also included Abdulrahman Al-Rassi, Undersecretary of the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Multilateral Affairs, and Abdulrahman Al-Dawood, Director-General of the Office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
