Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, participated in the 155th Session of the Ministerial Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), held at the headquarters of the GCC General Secretariat in Riyadh. The meeting was chaired by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamoud Al Busaidi, who is the chairman of the current session of the council. The Foreign Ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, and GCC Secretary General Jassem Mohamed Albudaiwi, participated in the meeting. During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance the process of joint cooperation and coordination to achieve the aspirations of the leaders of the GCC states and the peoples of the region. They also reviewed developments in the Gulf region, in addition to discussing the latest regional and international developments, and the efforts made in this regard. The meeting was attended by the Deputy Minister for International Multilateral Affairs Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Rassi.
