RIYADH — The government e-services platform Absher has informed its beneficiaries that its services will not be available for around 10 hours on Friday due to the updating procedure of the platform. The platform issued a notice to the users, saying that the scheduled updates for the systems of the Absher platform will be carried out from 12:00 am to 10:00 am on Friday, July 21 and that the platform cannot be used during the updating period. The platform urged its customers to avail of the necessary services well before the time of updating. The Absher platform, under the Ministry of Interior, provides services to more than 26 million beneficiaries having digital identities. The platform registered over 2.2 million electronic transactions in May 2023, the highest number of monthly transactions carried out since the start of the year.
