The Ministry of Justice said Tuesday that the number of beneficiaries who used the digital verification of marital status services in 2022 reached 370K. The services covered marriage, divorce, custody, wills, and others. The ministry said that those kinds of digital services contributed to digital transformation and increased the efficiency and performance of the legal sector. "Many of those services reduced paperwork and saved time, money and visits to judicial entities," explained the ministry. It is worth mentioning that the notarization law has gathered many of the marital status related cases in courts under one digital platform (Najiz) in order to enhance client experience and create more ease. — SG
