Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Secretary General Dr. Nayef Falah Mubarak Al-Hajraf has affirmed that the security of the GCC states is indivisible, asserting that the "Arab Gulf Security 3" Exercise is a message of determination and peace. He expressed pride with the level of security coordination and cooperation among the GCC specialized agencies to preserve the security and stability of the GCC states. During his participation at a closing ceremony of the joint tactical exercise of the GCC security services under the slogan "Arab Gulf Security 3", which is hosted by Saudi Arabia and in presence of the GCC Interior Ministers, Dr. Al-Hajraf said that the security of the GCC states is one, affirming that the security coordination and integration is a fundamental pillar in maintaining security and stability in the GCC states. The GCC Secretary General stressed that the exercise strengthens the solidarity of the GCC states in addressing the dangers and challenges facing the GCC states with regard to the security side, including combating terrorism, organized crime, drugs, border security and cybersecurity. He hailed the level of distinguished organization and preparation as well as the great efforts made by the Saudi Ministry of Interior, under the leadership of Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz Bin Saud Bin Naif for the success of organizing the joint security exercise. Dr. Al-Hajraf wished all success for the sincere efforts made by the GCC Interior Ministries to maintain the GCC security and citizens, in light of wise resolutions and directives of the GCC leaders. Earlier, a number of GCC Interior Ministers arrived here to attend the closing ceremony of the joint tactical exercise of the GCC security services under the slogan "Arab Gulf Security 3". At King Abdulaziz Airbase Airport in Dhahran, Lt. Gen. Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE deputy prime minister and interior minister, and Hamoud Bin Faisal Al-Busaidi, Omani Interior Minister, arrived. Upon their arrival, they were received by Prince Abdulaziz; Prince Ahmad Bin Fahd Bin Salman, deputy governor of Eastern Region, and Dr. Al-Hajraf. Meanwhile, Gen. Sheikh Rashid Bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Bahraini Interior Minister, too arrived and he was received by Dr. Nasser Bin Abdulaziz Al-Daoud, vice minister of interior. Earlier, Maj. Gen. Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Faisal Al Thani, undersecretary of the Qatari Interior Ministry, and Maj. Gen.l Anwar Abdullatif Al-Barjas, acting undersecretary of the Kuwaiti Interior Ministry, too arrived here.
