TUNIS — Saudi Arabia's Foreign Minister Prince Faisal Bin Farhan met here on Friday with Tunisian President Kais Saied. During the meeting, they reviewed the current developments in Tunisia and the decisions taken by the Tunisian president to stabilize the situation in the country, especially with regard to health and economic issues. President Saied commended the Kingdom's permanent support for his country and Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman's swift response to his request for coronavirus medical aid during a recent call he had with Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman. Meanwhile, Prince Faisal stressed during the meeting that Saudi Arabia respects everything related to the Tunisian internal affairs and considers it a sovereign matter, reiterating the Kingdom's support for everything that supports the security and stability of Tunisia. The foreign minister also renewed the Kingdom's confidence in the Tunisian leadership to overcome these circumstances in order to secure a decent life for the Tunisian people and their prosperity. On Tuesday, Saudi Arabia affirmed its support for all that supports Tunisia's security and stability, stressing its confidence in the Tunisian leadership to overcome these circumstances.
