2 killed, 20 injured in 25-car pile-up

DAMMAM — Two people were killed and 20 others injured in a 25-car pile-up on Al-Khasrah Road in Dammam. A spokesman for the Red Crescent said a man and a child were killed in the accident. The injured, who suffered medium and serious injuries, were transported to hospital. Meanwhile, a family of five was killed when their car collided head on with another car on the Al-Wajh-Umlaj Road. The other car driver was injured and transferred to hospital. Poor visibility caused the suspension of schools throughout the Eastern Province on Saturday.
