TABUK — The marine patrols of Sultana Center in Haql sector, Tabuk Region, found a 36-year-old Egyptian fisherman, who was using a rowing boat with leg pedals for the purpose of fishing. According to the official spokesman of the General Directorate of Border Guards Lt. Col. Misfir Bin Ghanim Al-Qiraini, the extraordinary rough weather on the Egyptian coast created huge waves that tossed the fisherman to the Saudi coast. Lt. Col. Misfir Al-Qiraini further said: "Upon receiving a report, the patrols rushed to the site, and managed to find the Egyptian fisherman, who was in good health. Meanwhile, the boat the fisherman used was located a nautical mile away from the site where he was found." He said that the coordination by the Saudi authorities was underway to hand over the fisherman to the Egyptian side on Monday after being hosted by the Saudi Border Guards.
