ABHA — Two citizens, one of them a head of a local municipality in Asir region, were stabbed by an unknown assailant following a traffic accident. The men were caught off guard when the assailant approached them with a knife and attacked them. One of the citizens was stabbed in the neck while the other suffered a shoulder wound. Police quickly apprehended the assailant and launched an investigation into the incident.
