Saudi Gazette. JEDDAH — Khalid Majid, consul general of Pakistan in Jeddah, called on Ambassador Yousef M. Al-Dhubeay, assistant secretary general (Political) of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), in the latter's office. The consul general expressed his appreciation of the role and efforts of undertaken by the OIC for the unity of the Muslim Ummah, in general, and its consistent support to the Kashmir cause in particular. Ambassador Al-Dhubeay welcomed the Consul General and assured him of OIC's full support for the resolution of the Jammu & Kashmir issue. They also exchanged views on various areas of mutual interest to further the ongoing cooperation between Pakistan and the organization. During the meeting, the future course of action with regard to the Kashmir issue was also discussed. Ambassador Al-Dhubeay, in his capacity as OIC's special envoy on Jammu & Kashmir, is scheduled to visit Pakistan and Azad Kashmir, said Arshad Munir, consular (press) in a statement issued by Pakistan Consulate Jeddah.
