JEDDAH –– The Indian Engineers Forum (IEF) Jeddah chapter organised a professional seminar as part of its quarterly event on March 6 at the Village restaurant here. Risk management expert Zafarullah Khan spoke about the causes and remedies of risks factors that crop up in projects and daily life. Farooq Qureshi, a PMP trainer, delivered a lecture live on RMP through skype from Hyderabad. He also entertained questions from the audience. Mohammed Sayeeduddin, president IEF, presided over the function. In his speach he advised Indian engineers to play a vital role in the development of Saudi Arabia and upgrade their professional skills and job positions by obtaining certifications like PMP and RMP. Nadeem, chairman IT, and Muazzam, vice chairman IT arranged for the speakers to speak online. Earlier, the program started with the recitation of a few verses from the Qur'an by Muazzam Sayeed. Syed Nasir Khursheed, chairman of the civil faculty, conducted the function and Mir Ateequr Rahman, general secretary IEF, delivered the vote of thanks. – SG
