JEDDAH — A Comprehensive Skills Analysis Test in connection with selection of students for a leadership training program (Lead 2020) will be held on Wednesday. The screening test will be conducted in most of the Indian schools in Jeddah for class VI and VII students. The 90-minute test will be based on Mental Ability, General English, General Math, General Knowledge and Non Verbal reasoning, said Sign's Jeddah President Ismail Maritheri of King Abdulaziz University. Sign Lead 2020, a human resource development project powered by Al Abeer Medical Group, is aimed at giving intensive training for promising students in Jeddah and in Kerala to be exceptionally competent in various fields of studies and thereby to enable them to become leaders of tomorrow. In the first round 250 students will be selected and they will be given an orientation session and after that a main advanced written test will be conducted for them. “On the basis of the rank list we will call them for group discussion and interview, and the final list of selected candidates will be prepared on the basis of these scores,” Maritheri said. — SG
