MANILA — Anne Curtis says her move to another station has made all the difference in her career. She told Bianca Gonzalez in an interview that was published by the Philippine Star that her transfer to ABS-CBN proved to be a “life-changing” decision. The 27-year-old actress moved to the said network in 2004 after years as a GMA 7 talent. Curtis added that her decision was cemented by advice from Carmina Villaroel and Gelli de Belen who urged her to make the move. She also revealed that she had to audition for her first major role on ABS-CBN in the series “Kampanerang Kuba.” Another life-changing decision for Curtis was joining the noontime variety show “It's Showtime,” which she said helped the public see how “kalog” (fun-loving) she is in real life. — SG
