QATIF — Two men threatened a car driver with a knife and set his car on fire in Qatif. The man's brother said that there were no clear reasons why the victim was targeted. A spokesman for Eastern Province police said the Saudi stopped at a petrol station, and was threatened with a knife. The offenders asked him to exit the car and set it on fire. A search is on to arrest the men.
