MANILA — Maricel Soriano out, Gerald Anderson still in. An “unfortunate incident” reportedly transpired between the veteran actress and matinee idol on the very first taping day of the primetime series “Bukas Na Lang Kita Mamahalin” (I Will Love You Tomorrow), leading to speculations as to who will leave the show before it has even begun. In a statement released Monday, ABS-CBN said that its management and Soriano's have agreed that the actress will no longer be part of the cast, and that the teleserye will proceed as scheduled. It was reported that when the two talents were doing a scene last week, Soriano lost her temper when Anderson had difficulty delivering his lines. She allegedly got annoyed, shouted at the actor and walked out of the set. Anderson supposedly tried to appease her to no avail. According to Pep.ph sources, on the other hand, it was the actress who actually had a hard time with her lines. Pep also reported that actress Dawn Zulueta has been chosen to replace Soriano in the series, which also stars Cristine Reyes, Rayver Cruz and Diana Zubiri. — SG
