Saudi shoots expat during argument

TABUK — A dispute caused a Saudi to shoot an Arab expatriate in the head. The victim succumbed to his injury before he was able to make a statement to the police. Witnesses said there was a heated argument between the two before the expatriate was fired at. The Saudi was arrested and referred to the Bureau of Investigation and Public Prosecution.
