MADINAH — An inspection team comprising representatives of the police, passport department and the municipality has detained a number of expatriates for selling prepaid mobile SIMs which they obtained using their residency numbers, a local newspaper reported. Col. Fahad Aamer, spokesman for Madinah police, said such activity violated communication regulations and the detained offenders face deportation.
